1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and me77 ("the Platform," "we," "us," "our") governing your access to and use of the me77 website located at me77.biz and all associated gaming, betting, and account services offered thereon.

2.3 Registration Requirements

3 Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your me77 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. You agree to:

• Never share your login credentials with any other person;
• Use a strong, unique password not used on any other service;
• Enable two-factor authentication where available;
• Notify me77 support immediately upon discovering or suspecting any unauthorized access to your account;
• Log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly on shared or public devices.

me77 shall not be liable for any losses or damages arising from your failure to secure your account credentials. All bets, transactions, and activity conducted through your account prior to notification of a security breach will be treated as authorized by you.

3.1 KYC Verification

me77 is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. KYC verification requires the submission of a valid Philippine government-issued photo identification (PhilSys National ID, UMID, Driver's License, or Passport) and a matching selfie. me77 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time for compliance purposes.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

All deposits to your me77 account must be made through the approved payment channels listed on the platform, which include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 for GCash and PayMaya, and ₱500 for bank transfers. me77 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Funds deposited into your me77 account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits – payments made from an account belonging to a different individual – are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of the deposited funds.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completed KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits, wherever technically possible, as part of me77's anti-money laundering compliance obligations.

Standard GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are processed within 15–30 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 1–3 business hours. VIP Gold tier members and above are subject to priority processing with same-day settlement for qualifying requests. me77 reserves the right to impose additional verification requirements on withdrawal requests of a high value or unusual nature.

4.3 Currency

All me77 transactions, balances, bets, winnings, and bonuses are denominated exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). me77 does not accept or pay out in any other currency.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

me77 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback rewards, referral bonuses, and VIP tier rewards. The availability, eligibility criteria, wagering requirements, and expiry dates of all promotions are as specified in the individual promotion's terms, which are published on the me77 promotions page and supplement these Terms.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds awarded to your me77 account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in each promotion's individual terms. Unless otherwise stated, wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount only.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

me77 actively monitors accounts for promotional abuse. Prohibited bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus; placing low-risk or opposite bets to fulfil wagering requirements artificially; using bonuses in a systematic manner to extract guaranteed profit through mathematical strategies. Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have bonus balances forfeited and may be subject to account termination.

5.3 Cashback Promotions

Weekly cashback amounts are calculated on net losses during the defined cashback period. Cashback awarded under me77's standard cashback program carries no wagering requirement unless expressly stated otherwise in the promotion's specific terms.

6 Gaming Rules

By using the me77 gaming platform, you acknowledge and accept the following:

• All live casino games are provided by licensed third-party game studios (including but not limited to Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and SA Gaming). The rules governing each game are determined by the respective game studio and are displayed within the game interface.
• The outcome of all games is determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems, where applicable, or by real-time physical game mechanics for live dealer games. me77 does not interfere with game outcomes.
• All bets placed are final once confirmed. me77 does not accept requests to cancel or reverse bets after they have been accepted by the system, except in cases of a verified technical malfunction.
• In the event of a game malfunction or disconnection during a live game session, the round outcome will be determined based on the game state recorded by the provider's server at the time of the disruption.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the me77 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to the relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Fraudulent activity – including but not limited to the use of stolen, borrowed, or fraudulently obtained payment methods;
• Money laundering – using me77 to deposit and withdraw funds for the purpose of concealing the source or nature of those funds;
• Collusion – cooperating with other players in table or card games to gain an unfair advantage;
• Use of automated software – bots, macros, scripts, or any automated tool used to place bets or interact with the platform;
• Exploitation of software errors – knowingly exploiting a bug, glitch, or vulnerability in the me77 platform or any game offered thereon;
• Account sharing or selling – allowing a third party to access or use your account, or selling your account to another person;
• Chargebacks – initiating a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider in bad faith after using deposited funds on the platform;
• Impersonation – attempting to access or create accounts using another person's identity or documents.

8 Responsible Gaming

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the me77 platform, including but not limited to the me77 brand name and logo, website design and layout, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials, is the exclusive property of me77 and its licensors, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the me77 platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any me77 content without prior written consent.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, me77 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising from your use of or inability to use the me77 platform.

me77's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your me77 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

me77 does not warrant that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

11 Suspension & Termination

me77 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of these Terms or any applicable law;
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as described in Section 7;
• Failure to pass identity verification or age verification;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or account compromise;
• A player's own request for self-exclusion.

Upon termination for cause, me77 may retain any funds in the account pending investigation. Where termination is not caused by the player's breach, any verified balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable period.

12 Privacy & Data

me77's collection, use, storage, and sharing of your personal data is governed by the me77 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the me77 platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

me77 complies with the Republic Act 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) of the Philippines in its handling of all personal and sensitive personal information.

13 Amendments to These Terms

me77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, me77 will provide reasonable notice via a notice displayed on the me77 platform or via email to the address registered on your account. In all cases, the effective date of any amendment will be clearly stated on this page.

Your continued use of the me77 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with these Terms.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts in respect of any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms.

Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, you agree to contact me77 support to attempt informal resolution of any dispute. me77 will endeavour to resolve all complaints within a reasonable period, which will not ordinarily exceed 14 business days.
